1. Operator and communications

The operator is the company identified on this page, registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR), with its registered office and headquarters in Belgrade. We operate from Belgrade. Send enquiries, legal notices and website complaints to office@bkk.rs or our registered postal address. Please arrange visits in advance.

2. Information and service engagements

The website describes cybersecurity capabilities and provides general information. It is not a tailored assessment, legal opinion, guarantee of regulatory compliance or promise that a system is free of vulnerabilities. Verify time-sensitive information before relying on it.

Submitting an enquiry does not order a service, create a payment obligation or establish an emergency response commitment. Professional work starts under a separately agreed contract specifying scope, authority, fees, timetable, confidentiality, data protection and responsibilities. Those agreed terms govern that engagement; these website terms do not amend an existing contract. No response time or 24/7 coverage is promised unless agreed.

3. Authorised use and security

Use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious code, impersonate another person or submit material you have no right to disclose. Information about red teaming or security testing is not permission to test BKK or another organisation. Testing requires prior written authorisation and an agreed scope.

Provide accurate contact information. Do not submit secrets, production credentials or sensitive incident evidence in the public form. Contact us to arrange secure transfer. Responsible vulnerability reports may be sent to office@bkk.rs; a report alone does not authorise further testing or create a bounty entitlement.

4. Intellectual property and external links

Website text, graphics, branding and code are protected by applicable rights, subject to third-party and open-source licences. You may view the site and make copies permitted by law for internal evaluation, retaining notices. Other reuse requires the relevant right holder’s permission unless the law permits it. Partner names and marks belong to their owners and do not by themselves establish endorsement.

External links are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or practices. Optional map content is subject to the choices and provider information in Cookie & telemetry policy.

5. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care over the website but may correct, update, suspend or remove content or functions for maintenance, security or legitimate operational reasons. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that general information suits a particular situation.

Responsibility is determined by applicable law and, for contracted work, the agreed service terms. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights. We do not impose a blanket waiver of claims merely because you browse the site.

6. Privacy, complaints and governing law

Personal-data processing is explained in Privacy policy; browser storage and map choices are explained in Cookie & telemetry policy. Reading these terms is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.

Serbian law governs these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law. This does not remove a consumer’s mandatory protections or right to bring proceedings in another competent forum, nor a person’s right to contact a supervisory authority. You may contact us first to seek an amicable solution, but this is not a compulsory precondition to legal remedies.

7. Updates and language versions

The version date appears above. Changes apply prospectively to website use and do not retrospectively change an agreed service contract. English, Serbian, Bulgarian and Hebrew versions are intended to be equivalent; no translation limits rights granted by mandatory law. Please report any discrepancy to office@bkk.rs.
